Site plans for the financier's private tropical island among the images.
Furthermore contained in this new document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key identifying different parts of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
More materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
